Invitations 101-

Your wedding invitation choice is one of the most important and sometimes difficult choices in your wedding planning process. Your invitation will set the tone for the entire day. But, don’t worry BWC is here to help every step of the way. We offer a full range of invitation ensembles- from the very formal and elegant to the more informal and unique. Our invitations are also very budget friendly-ranging from $1 an invitation! Your consultant will sit down with you and help you choose the perfect invitation to set the tone for your perfect day. Are you worried about making an etiquette faux pas? Don’t be- one of the advantages of letting BWC help you with your invitations is that our etiquette expert will go over your invitations to correct any possible mistakes. You should start looking at invitations once you have your date and venues reserved (usually around 5-6 months before your wedding). Invitations should be mailed to your guests at least 6-8 weeks before your event to allow ample time for your guests to RSVP and to make appropriate travel arrangements. Creative Ideas

Are you looking for creative ideas to set your wedding apart? DO you want to make it more memorable? Here are some ideas that BWC thinks would be a welcome addition to any wedding.

For your processional or recessional instead of the traditional instrumental songs choose an untraditional song- like "Walking on Sunshine" or "Going to the chapel". Be sure to check with your Officiant on any possible music policies.

Instead of traditional favors (like bubbles or chocolates) how about doing a heart shape cookie cutters- so adorable!

Instead of doing traditional table numbers at your reception- what about naming each table after your favorite songs or favorite vacation spots together.

Instead of doing the guest book- how about doing a wishing vase where your guests can leave their well wishes.

Instead of doing the traditional white or ivory bridal shoes- how about dying them blue (for your "something blue") or to match your bridesmaid’s color.
